WOD- Saturday- Move equipment for time!
A special thanks today to all of our members, friends, family and Loupakis Gymnastics. We would not be where we are today without all of your support. We started with a few sandbags,pvc, jumpropes and rings. Check out CFQ in the beginning:
Today’s WOD:
1. Move equipment for time into UHAUL.
2. Say goodbye to Loupakis with Tabata Situps
3. For time run from the old gym to our new box!
4. Grab weights, racks, medballs, kettlebells, anything from UHAUL and overhead lunge your way across the new box to the back to stack.
5. Food and Drinks….not for time!








So we don’t need to bring cars/trucks? workout sounds good, can’t wait…
Nope.
Sorry I couldn’t be there for the move. My new job keeps me up untill 3 am .
HAHA Great video. This was my first crossfit workout, I couldn’t walk for like 3 days after.
Congrats! Can’t wait to workout in the new space.
The new place is sick. It was awesome to see such a strong showing for the move and that we were able to get it done in under one hour (sit-ups and running included). Can’t wait to break it in with a proper WOD.
Awesome move yesterday! I’m petrified to find out how that tire is gonna be incorporated into a WOD!
S: Zone Bar and Beer after move
L: 1 egg, 1oz cheese, 100 cal bread, 3 tsp OO mayo, 1/4 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 apple
D: 5 napkin burger
Breakfast: coffee, banana, one hard boiled egg
Lunch: Meat from massive sandwich
Dinner: More meat and a lot of beer.
Moving WOD
B: Hard boiled egg, coffee with soy
L: Half the deli meat from sandwich, one slice of bread
D: Churrasco (steak), broccoli, 1/4 sausage
S: Colombian empanada, peanut butter
Wine
B- fruit and nuts
L- tofu salad and greens, apple
D- went to a wedding so there was pasty things filled with stuff, duck, mashed potatoes, veggies i think, cake and lots of booze.
